Presentation Guidelines
Dear Authors,
Congratulations on your accepted paper at the Modellierung 2024! Below, you will find the allocated times for your presentations, based on the type of submission.
- Full Papers: 20 minutes for presentation, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
- Journal/Conference-First Papers: 15 minutes for presentation, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
- Industry Forum Papers: 15 minutes for presentation, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
- Short Papers: 10 minutes for presentation, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
To ensure a smooth presentation experience, please follow the guidelines below:
Presentation Slides Submission:
- Please submit your presentation slides in PDF format to bpt-feedback@hpi.de.
- Optionally, PPTX format slides may also be sent alongside the PDF.
- The submission deadline is Friday, March 8, to facilitate preparation of materials and compatibility checks on the laptops provided.
Technical Setup:
- Laptops will be provided for the presentations, preloaded with your submitted presentation.
- Should you have any special requirements for your presentation (e.g., audio, video), please let us know by the slide submission deadline so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Presentation Language:
- Since there are non-German speaking colleagues in the audience, we recommend that presentations and slides are in English. Presentations in German are also possible.
- We aim to ensure that all presentations run smoothly and that each presenter and attendee has the best experience possible. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
