Bio

My educational background is chronologically summarized as follows:

  • July 2009: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science
  • July 2011: Master’s degree in Software Engineering
  • December 2015: PhD in Information Systems and Software Engineering

I did my PhD within the frame of a Moroccan-American joint supervision program funded by the Excellence Scholarship on the Moroccan side and the Fulbright Scholarship on the American side. My research was about using ubiquitous computing to create more opportunities for business process improvement. I defended on December 5th, 2015 before a committee composed of: Professor Driss Aboutajdine (Chair), Professor Anind Dey, Professor Wolfgang Reisig, Professor Karim Baina, Professor Abdeslam Ennouaary, Professor Hamid Harroud, Professor Salma Mouline, Professor Cesare Pautasso and Professor Rajaa Saidi.

On March 1st, 2016, I joined the Business Process Technology Group, chaired by Professor Mathias Weske, as a Postdoc.
